He previously held senior business-development and operating roles with tribally owned and Alaska Native companies, including Tepa, Meskwaki, Aleut, Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation, and NANA/Affigent. Lewis helps HaloRRS clients access contracting pathways, partnerships, and resources that accelerate recovery after disaster.
