As the CEO of HaloRRS it is Jennifer's mission for the organization to serve as a trusted resource for communities who have experienced man-made and natural disasters. By providing needed services and technical assistance to rebuild, recover, and restore communities following disasters, her team is committed to accelerating long-term recovery. Over the years Jennifer has worked alongside her husband, C.J., supporting community leaders who have had to step up during an unexpected crisis. For 13 years, she and C.J. have built trusting relationships with school and community leaders across the nation to build what she calls, our "disaster recovery family." The collective lived experiences of this family are what ultimately led to the creation of HaloRRS in February of 2024.
