Ayden O’Connor is a HaloRRS intern and a senior at Missouri State University, where he studies entrepreneurship and is concurrently pursuing an MBA. He contributes across website development and maintenance, social media content creation, market research and strategy, and internal operations that support HaloRRS’s growth in disaster recovery. Ayden aims to infuse the team with an entrepreneurial spirit as he develops at HaloRRS.

Biography
Ayden O’Connor is a Missouri State University student and aspiring entrepreneur, raised in Springfield after early years in Los Angeles. He cares about community improvement and has served as a development intern at Empower Missouri and as a Youth Ambassador for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. He also runs a small business that brings affordable, convenient Nerf birthday parties and events to the Springfield area. Outside school and work, he spends time with friends and is active with Christian Campus House.
