Ayden O'Connor serves as Associate of Business Development and Corporate Culture at HaloRRS, having joined the team as an intern while studying entrepreneurship. In his current role, Ayden focuses primarily on event coordination and relationship management, leading efforts for Tor-Con, the National Tornado and Severe Weather Conference and Expo. He also contributes across website development and maintenance, social media content creation, and market research and strategy that support HaloRRS's growth in disaster recovery and resilience consulting. Ayden brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the team as he continues to grow with HaloRRS.
